Aloha and Hau'oli Makahiki Hou!
From our Ohana to yours, we would like to greet you a hau'oli makahiki hou. Life has been good (although not easy) here on the islands. By God's grace, He has, yet again, faithfully brought us through another year. In reflecting this past year, our family realized it was a year full of transitions - new home, new town, new job, new school; it somewhat mirrored the year we moved to Hawaii from CA. The major difference was our faith - it seems, our faith, has grown to rely on Christ and His Word faster, stronger and with most confidence. It was not perfect and doubts did arise in our minds but those doubts had little to no effect in our complete reliance on our sovereign God.
Looking forward to God's plan in 2014!
"...that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light."
